oh god, me too!! a couple week ago i met a comedian i really like, and i just asked him if i could shake his hand and said thank you to him for making me laugh so much. the funny part? i went to shake his hand, and then i FROZE. so he had to shake it for me and eventually let go. embarrassing. but at least i didn't ask for a hug. i couldn't. way too terrified!

apparently adam lambert was approached by a fan in a restaurant a few months ago. s/he walked up to him, to his fucking table, while he was eating supper with his family, and asked him for an autograph. he was like, "you know what? i'm eating dinner right now, and i'm with my family, so, no."

first of all. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT!? i would NEVER do that!! terribly, incredibly bad thing to do.

second of all, how HORRIBLE would it be if your favourite musician/actor/author basically scolded you for interrupting his or her dinner for an autograph?? i'd be so mad at myself (another reason I WOULD NEVER DO THIS), and i'm not sure i'd ever get over it!

meals should be enjoyed in peace!
