Instead, my muse would prefer to make me write something completely different that came to me while I was at work today.

Summary: Zach bit his tongue, didn't say Wow, you weren't kidding; things ARE moving quickly - maybe too quickly? I mean, you just met this chick two months ago.... Instead he said, "Awesome!" with as much enthusiasm as his stupid heart would allow.
Pairing: Zach/Chris, one-sided. Olivia gets a mention.
Word Count: 580. A quickie. And not the good kind; sorry.
Author's Note: Correct me if I'm wrong; it's the Holidays, isn't it? This time generally calls for some joy and good spirit, doesn't it? Certainly not angst? So, it beats me why this angstfest came outta me.

The original prompt: Chris splits his lip somehow and has to get stitches, and the doctor urges him not to keep licking at it because it could get infected. Cue Chris going NUTS. And making the people around him nuts too. But Zach ends up getting the brunt of it. You can find the original prompt and response here!
Notes: I did my own little spin on the prompt, and to be honest, there's not really a whole lot in here besides some banter, long-suffering!Zach and bitchy!Chris. But it is kinda fun anyway!
