I've loved this band since I was a little girl. My dad's an artist and he has quite a collection of music that he used to play while painting. I'd always hang around listening to it, and every so often I find some of the music I used to love and fall - well, back in love with it. Here's one of the songs I used to really love. It's called 'Where the Heart Is' and it's by the wonderful Soft Cell. I love this video. The piano at the beginning just makes my heart swell. I've listened to that part alone about ten times, and the rest of the song about half that number. I love Marc Almond's boots here!



I love Soft Cell! They're responsible for my favourite trumpet solo ever (in 'Torch' - check it out on YouTube). They've got a number of excellent songs, and this is certainly one of them!
